Our high peak tents provide protection from rain and sun. Sidewalls are also available for an additional cost for extra weather protection.

Absolutely. All equipment is cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and maintained before every rental.

 

Yes. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event.

 

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Yes! We offer individual rentals as well as complete event packages.

 

Yes. String lighting and other tent upgrades are available for an additional cost.

 

Of course. Additional tables, chairs, cocktail tables, and other equipment can be added to any package.

 

A 20′ x 20′ high peak tent comfortably accommodates:

  • Up to 40 guests with tables and chairs
  • Up to 50 guests, depending on layout (Rectangle Tables Only)
  • Cocktail-style events with even more standing room

Cancellation policies vary depending on how close the event date is. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you on available options.

We recommend an area of at least 25′ x 25′ to allow room for tent staking and safe installation.

Yes! Grass is our preferred installation surface because tents can be safely secured using stakes.

Yes, but special weights are required to secure the tent. Additional fees may apply depending on the location and setup requirements.

JULIE (Joint Utility Locating Information for Excavators) / 811 is a free utility locating service that marks underground gas, electric, water, cable, and communication lines before tent stakes are driven into the ground.

No. If your tent is being installed on grass, Get It Done Events can submit the locate request on your behalf.

No. JULIE/811 is a completely free service.

 

Utility locate requests typically require at least 2 business days’ notice. For Saturday events, we recommend having the request submitted no later than Monday.

For safety reasons, we cannot drive tent stakes into the ground without confirming the location of underground utilities.
